30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, in its original sealed packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Because our products are consumable wellness goods, opened, used, damaged-after-delivery, or missing-seal products cannot be accepted for reasons of health and safety unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
Starting a Return
Email Contact@siswanto.shop with your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for the request, and clear photographs if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Please wait for return authorization and instructions before shipping. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for preference-based returns. If we sent the wrong product or the item arrived damaged, we will provide an appropriate resolution and may issue a prepaid return label. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return resulted from our error. Use a trackable service and keep your receipt until the return is complete.
Refunds
After the return is received and inspected, we will email you with the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times vary and may take several business days after we submit the refund.
Cancellations and Order Issues
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order enters fulfillment. Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items promptly after delivery so we can investigate with the carrier and offer an appropriate solution.
