Processing Time
Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Orders placed after the daily processing cutoff begin processing on the next business day. High-volume periods or address-verification issues may cause additional delay.
Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Standard U.S. Shipping: $5.99
- Free standard shipping on merchandise subtotals of $50 or more after discounts and before tax
- Estimated delivery after shipment: 3–7 business days
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, remote destinations, and incorrect addresses may affect delivery.
Tracking and Address Accuracy
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email used at checkout. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact Contact@siswanto.shop immediately if an address needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If tracking shows a delivery that you cannot locate, check the surrounding delivery area and contact the carrier before contacting us. For damaged or incorrect items, email us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the package and product. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
